Who it's for
Leaders with established teams where the challenge is no longer execution but development: retaining talent, preparing successors, delegating with confidence, and giving feedback that turns into improvement.
The problem it solves
The leader solves everything themselves because it's faster. People don't grow, feedback is avoided or arrives late, and talent with potential leaves for somewhere that will develop it.
Impact chain
It measures and develops the leader's ability to identify potential, generate growth, and build autonomy in their team. The program moves through this sequence; each module works one link, and the Leadership Impact Snapshot measures the full chain.

The 10 behaviors it develops and measures
These are the items of this program's Leadership Impact Snapshot (LIS). Each leader answers them on a 1-to-5 scale (1 = Never · 5 = Always) at the start and at the end; the comparison feeds their Evolution Radar.

- I identify the strengths each person can develop and leverage.
- I create opportunities for people to put their abilities into practice and expand them.
- I acknowledge progress and contributions in a way that helps the person understand the value of what they bring.
- I guide people to turn their learning into new capabilities.
- I delegate responsibilities that allow people to gain autonomy.
- I push people to take on challenges that expand their potential.
- I adapt my support to each person's particular development needs.
- I leverage different perspectives and ways of thinking to enrich the team's development.

Frequently asked questions about Leadership that Develops
Does it include 360 feedback?
The program measures with the Leadership Impact Snapshot (leader self-perception) and with colleague pulses. It's not a formal 360 evaluation; it's an evolution reading that integrates both perspectives along with quizzes, participation, and qualitative evidence.
How does the AI tutor help in this program?
The tutor knows the module in progress and the leader's commitments. If the commitment is to give feedback to someone on the team, it helps structure the conversation using the model seen in the lesson and follows up on whether it happened.
What happens with colleague data?
Colleague pulses are shown aggregated by leader, never by individual. The leader sees their own LIS, progress, and commitments; HR sees the Radar by cohort.
