Who it's for
Area or team leaders who receive objectives from management and are responsible for their team executing them: managers, area heads, and coordinators with people reporting to them.
The problem it solves
Objectives are communicated in an annual meeting, and the team returns to daily operations without knowing what changes for them. The leader works hard, but strategy never becomes priorities or measurable results.
Impact chain
It measures and develops the leader's ability to translate strategy into direction, alignment, and results. The program moves through this sequence; each module works one link, and the Leadership Impact Snapshot measures the full chain.
- Strategy
- Priorities
- Alignment
- Commitment
- Execution
The 10 behaviors it develops and measures
These are the items of this program's Leadership Impact Snapshot (LIS). Each leader answers them on a 1-to-5 scale (1 = Never · 5 = Always) at the start and at the end; the comparison feeds their Evolution Radar.

Frequently asked questions about From Strategy to Action
Is this program for directors or middle managers?
It's designed for whoever receives the strategy and must execute it with a team: managers, area heads, and coordinators. A director can take it, but the content and LIS items are written from the perspective of a team leader's practice.
What result can I expect on the Radar?
The Radar compares the initial and final LIS on the behaviors of the strategy → priorities → alignment → commitment → execution chain, cross-referenced with quizzes, participation, team pulses, and qualitative evidence. It shows where perceived evolution occurred and where continued support is worthwhile.
Can it be combined with Leadership that Develops?
Yes. Many organizations start with From Strategy to Action for leaders new to the role and continue with Leadership that Develops in a second cycle. Each program has its own LIS, so the evidence isn't mixed.
